Courtship is important.

Being bonded together or being in an intimate and serious relationship isn’t just about getting to know the basic facts about that person. Knowing his/her favorite color, horoscope, favorite food and all of those craps doesn’t mean that you’re already ~*meant to be*~. That’s is so puppy love~ That is so childish~
Tallying your common interest and hobbies won’t also make the relationship or bond last for good. Relationships is not only based on the similarities but we also have to focus on those opposites.
Courtship by definition is not as simple as giving gifts, showing-off the positive side of you and impressing someone over to what you have. But it is more on knowing the personality and attitude of that person.
Misunderstanding usually starts because of those differences, the opposite side of two people. Important factors are experiences, beliefs, philosophies and the like. Courting plays a very important role as it doesn’t mean that you’ve fully accepted the person as it is that you already know him or her totally.
What I am stressing out is that you really have to know that person first, in a sense that not those basic facts but his/her over-all being. But who I am to know to what extent that should be and who I am to set limitations or say to what degree that should be.
I guess we all have our own intuition to trust about that matter.
And above are the reasons why I believe that courtship is still important in this generation of lust and dumbness.
